Very fast shipping - delivered a week ahead of schedule. Good packaging - arrived via FedEx a few days after order - boxes in great shape and packaged well. Worksmanship - seems ok - the wood is stained evenly and the craftsmanship is average or above (especially for the money) Appearance - great - the stools look great and are really quite sturdy (the splay of the legs is adequate for stability)- and the feel of the fabric/pvc is good - it doesn't feel plastic-y or slippery to sit on, but more leather-like to the touch. There isn't a load of cushion on the seat, but it's enough for comfort. The tone of the wood is lighter than in the picture, but I have mission red oak furniture, so this worked out to my advantage as it matches quite nicely. The stools are much bigger width-wise than they appear they would be in the stock photo and are quite comfy to sit on - you don't feel like you'll fall off like you sometimes do on the backless stools. I've seen similar stools that don't swivel selling for much more elsewhere so it seemed like a good deal. All in all - this was a very good buy and I am pleased and impressed as usual :o)
