Calphalon Classic Bakeware 10-Inch Round Nonstick Angel Food Cake Pan

Calphalon's 10-inch angel food cake pan is constructed of heavyweight, aluminized steel that distributes heat evenly and will not twist or warp over time. The classic shape and decorative detail will hold use after use. The two-tone surface promotes perfect browning. A silver grey exterior assures an efficient baking time and a medium grey interior protects against overbrowning. The reliable nonstick surface is made to release baked goods cleanly and completely, so cleanup is fast and easy. The pan is oven safe to 450 degrees F, but is not broiler safe. Dishwasher detergents contain caustic chemicals that will damage the nonstick surface and void the lifetime warranty. To best maintain the pan, use nylon, wood or coated utensils when cooking and cleaning. When storing, place a linen or paper towel between the pan and other items to prevent one from scratching the other. The pan is covered by Calphalon's lifetime warranty when put to normal household use and cared for according to instructions.

Calphalon Classic Bakeware 10-inch round nonstick angel food cake pan was exactly what I needed. I have a Jewish Apple Cake that I make, and I needed this type of pan. I had to give away my old pan and get a new one because I have Celiac Disease. Anything that had flour in it had to be given away. It has been a long process. I could not find this pan locally. I tried making the cake in a 2 piece angel food pan. What a mess! It leaked out the bottom all over the place. So, I love my new pan. It solved the problem and works wonderfully!
