I've had 2 of these pans for 6 months now and use them frequently for cookies and as a drip catcher under pies, etc. They perform beautifully, well worth paying a little more for. They clean up easily, nothing sticks to them. As with all non-stick cookware, can't use metal utensils. I'm not a huge fan of nylon spatulas, but do use one with these pans. One complaint though. The pans will sometimes 'pop' when put cold into a hot oven. For me this is no big deal since I don't use them to make jelly roll cakes. I wonder if this would cause a problem for jelly roll cakes. Anyway, they do return immediately to their original flat shape and have not caused any problems with my cookies. All in all, I'm very happy with this product.
