The only sandwich unit with an insulated cover to keep pans cooler!! Holds full size to oneninth size pans giving a flexible pan capacity. Environmentally friendly (134A), refrigeration system, with airflow directed at pans for colder temperatures. Guided airflow provides uniform temperature in a 360° circle throughout cabinet for stayfresh meats and cheeses, and colder crisper salads. Stainless steel patented foam insulated cover keeps pans colder to lock in freshness minimizes condensation. Extra wide 11-3/4" full length removable polyethylene cutting board . Work surface 36" high. 5" Castors standard. All stainless steel front, top and sides. One door recessed handle. Door swings within cabinet dimensions. Aluminum finished back. Interior attractive, NSF approved, white vinyl coated aluminum, coved corners and stainless steel floor. Foamedinplace polyurethane high density cell insulation (CFC Free). Removable back hood and lid. Holds 33°F to 41°F product temperature in pans. Adjustable vinyl coated wire shelves.
