Product Description
Features powerful heating elements for fast, efficient performance. The lift-out elements are placed directly under the baskets for natural upward heat flow. Wells counter fryers also offer: A centrally located primary thermostat for accurate temperature regulation and a secondary safety thermostat as backup. The cool zone traps sediment. Lifetime stainless steel shell, plus an automatic temperature indicator, a removable one-piece frying pot, and basket, all included with fryer. Automatic basket lift: fryers with baskets that automatically lower for frying and rise to drain for increased safety and ease of handling. UL. NSF.
