Taylor's Salter® Perfect Temp™ Food Warmer maintains your meals' ideal temperature for hours. This warmer has generous interior dimensions, 16" wide x 16" deep x 7" high. With the use of the wire rack, this allows room for 4 dinner plates; 2 13" x 9" casseroles; or 2 14" pizzas. Without the wire rack, larger plates of food can be accommodated, such as a roast or chicken. The purpose of the Perfect Temp warmer is to keep pre-cooked foods at serving temperature. It is recommended you always start with hot, cooked food - not cold or frozen food. The warmer will keep your foods warm and ready to serve! Everything from vegetables, gravies, meats, casseroles, bread to heated dinner plates. You can even proof bread with this food warmer!
This food warmer allows you to control the settings for your meal in two different ways. You can control the crispiness or moistness of your food with the sliding vent. The "MOIST" setting, seals the food's moisture in the warming chamber, helping maintain the juiciness of the food. The "CRISP" setting allows moisture to vent out of the chamber, keeping foods crisp. The control setting is the easy one button control for warmth levels at "LOW" (140° F), "MEDIUM" (175° F) and HIGH (200° F). The energy efficient food warmer's double pane glass door insulates and allows viewing of food without heat escaping. You can remove and fold the top section to use the warmer's base as a warming tray. The warmer also collapses and folds in seconds for quick and easy storage.
