These stools are great! I wanted folding stools for my kitchen (which is in a rowhouse, and only big for the 1800's), and I didn't want them to have some team's logo on them (most folding stools are black metal, round with some stupid mascot on them). As a bonus these stools are wood. The catch is that the sharp edges and lack of a foot rest make these stools very uncomforable. Also, setting them up is more complicated than it looks, or should be. You would think you just have to fold them out, but the latching hinge requires you to unfold them, then get down on your knees, and squeeze each hinge back together about a centimeter so that it will slide into place. You have to do this on each side. So far they seem sturdy except for the stabilizing dowel at the top that keeps the seat secure already popped out on one (I glued it back and it seems to be functioning). I wish they came in different colors, and had a rounded edge to make them more comfortable.
