Brookstone has the absolute worst customer service in the world. Received the wrong color cushion for my footstool. Called on the 18th and was told someone would call me back within 2 business days. Never got a call back. Called on the 21st and amazingly enough they had no record of my call on the 18th. So i got the same answer again that someone would call me back. No call back, called today and spoke with another rep who gave me the same deal but this time my call got put on a priority list. Whopie dee, and that i would now get an email back within 1 to 2 business days. So here i stand with a wrong color cushion 3 phone calls to customer service and promises of call backs with no answers. Brookstone just give me an answer if you are going to replace the cushion or not. A simple yes we will or we wont, not that hard. I would of given this 2 stars but i cant use the foot stool and the chair just isnt that comfortable without the foot stool.
