I received this stool quickly. It arrived two days after it was shipped. Assembly was very fast and easy. However, there is a small tear on the side of the seat covering (which I will repair), and it does not roll well. The castors are made of plastic and they sieze up and they do not swivel in the same direction at the same time. The base is sturdy and very stable. The gas pneumatic lift works well. I will try to salvage my investment by replacing the castors with ones of better quality.
