An elegant take on the classic Windsor style, Carolina Cottage's barstool combines strong, sturdy lines with charming details. On top is a rounded fan back with graceful arrow-shape posts and a roomy, scooped seat that swivels side to side. Underneath, the flared legs are lathe turned so they're as pretty as they are strong, while two sets of staggered rungs all the way around provide a comfy place to park one's feet. Handcrafted of 100-percent hardwoods with an easy-to-clean, durable finish, the stool comes in a choice of Antique Black or Antique Parchment. It measures 17 inches wide by 16-1/4 inches deep by 40-1/2 inches high. The seat height is 24 inches, so it works well at any standard-height counter. --Kara Karll

I ordered 5 of these chairs and the only glitch in the process was that I received a 30 inch stool instead of a 24 inch stool. The other 4 were perfect. The return of the stool was easy and they sent a new one that reached my home in less than a week. The stools were very easy to assemble and I feel they are a great product especially for the price.
